About the Book
Samuel the prophet was the son of Elkanah and Hannah. The circumstances surrounding his birth is an intriguing one, and one in which lie many lessons. Some of these were explored in the first book of this series - Hannah: An Ideal Mother.
This book, however, explores the life of Samuel from his childhood to his adult life and ministry. In it we see characters that set Samuel apart at a time when God's word was rare.
